Refund policy

All sales are final. If the size is not right for you, we will exchange for another size if it's within 7 days of your delivery date. All items must have tags and liners in place, and in its original packaging. Due to health regulations, garments that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted.
 
To start an exchange, you can contact us at info@haremswimwear.com. If your exchange is accepted, You need to ship the item back with a secure trackable shipping method, Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We are not offering free return shipping at this moment.

To make sure we can maintain our competitive pricing, we are unable to accept excessive returns. Unfortunately, we have no choice to take customers engaging in such excessive returns off our customer list and will be unable to accept further orders.

Damages and issues
Harem Swimwear guarantees it's clothing to be free from damage or manufacturing defects. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your merchandise and we will happily exchange the unwashed/unworn item for the same item at no cost. To protect your purchase we recommend that you follow our care instructions. Harem garments are very delicate and experience normal "wear and tear" over time.
