WE DO NOT SHIP ON WEEKENDS

ALL DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED WITHIN 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS. 

ALL ORDERS DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL WILL BE SHIPPED BY PRIORITY MAIL OR EXPRESS MAIL WITH TRACKING NUMBER. WE WILL NOT SHIP BY FIRST CLASS MAIL, DUE TO LOST PACKAGES.

DOMESTIC NEXT DAY DELIVERY MUST BE PLACED BY 8AM EASTERN TIME

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States will be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Your country collects duty and taxes on imported goods, on behalf of the Government.  We at HAREM swimwear have no control over these charges, which can often total up to 36% of the value of product. You should contact your local customs office for further information. We at HAREM cannot be held responsible for refusal to pay customs fees or refusal to accept the order or because no one was there to accept delivery of your order. As a result, we unfortunately have to subject *ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS REFUSED AT TIME OF DELIVERY OR UNDELIVERABLE FOR ANY REASON WILL HAVE  A $60 RESTOCKING FEE WHICH WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR STORE CREDIT. NO REFUNDS ARE ISSUED!

Due to applicable laws and regulations, we are unable to declare merchandise as a “gift” on customs form.

SIGNATURE REQUIRED ON DOMESTIC ORDERS OVER $400

To ensure a safe arrival, a signature will be required upon delivery of orders that total $400 or more. This helps packages getting into the wrong hands and theft.

LOST, STOLEN PACKAGES, REFUSED PACKAGES

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from us you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges plus the item you bought from us.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must address this with the local post office. Harem Swimwear does not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. We do not issue refund for packages that state being delivered or being refused.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, once the order ships from us, it is not our responsibility.
