TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All sales are final. No refunds. If the size is not right for you, we will exchange for another size if it's within 7 days of your delivery date. All items must have tags and liners in place. Due to health regulations, garments that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. If we receive such goods your account will be charged $35 and the items will be returned to you. In order to do an exchange, you must first email us to be assigned a Return Authorization Number. This number must be clearly written on the front of the package you return to us. Please fill out the exchange form in its ENTIRETY and indicate what items you are returning as well as what you would like in exchange. You must send the merchandise using a traceable and insured shipping method. To make sure we can maintain our competitive pricing, we are unable to accept excessive returns. Unfortunately, we have no choice to take customers engaging in such excessive returns off our customer list and will be unable to accept further orders. A standard shipping fee of $15 domestic will be charged to your card for the exchange shipping and handeling.
We do not reimburse return shipping costs and are not responsible for lost packages so please insure the package before sending them back to us.
Harem Swimwear guarantees it's clothing to be free from damage or manufacturing defects. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your merchandise and we will happily exchange the unwashed/unworn item for the same item at no cost. To protect your purchase we recommend that you follow our care instructions. Harem garments are very delicate and experience normal "wear and tear" over time.
